Method for producing linear alpha-olefins (LAOs) through Fischer-Tropsch synthesis of solvent phase

The invention discloses a solvent phase Fischer-Tropsch synthesis method. The method is characterized in that a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction is carried out in a heterogeneous reaction system; a polar solvent is taken as the reaction medium; a traditional granular Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst is suspended or soaked in the polar solvent phase to carry out the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction; and as the generated hydrocarbon products are insoluble in the polar solvent, the phases are voluntarily split. The method can be used for producing linear alpha-olefins (LAOs) with various carbon numbers. By applying the method, the reaction products can rapidly leave the inner and outer surfaces of the catalyst to reduce the probability of readsorption and secondary reaction, thus improving the yield of the LAOs. The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction can be carried out in the conventional Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor by using the common catalyst. By applying the method, the mass content of the LAOs in the reaction products is more than 70%, thus being very beneficial to separation and purification. Meanwhile, by applying the method, the CO conversion rate can be improved, the methane selectivity can be reduced and the yield of heavy hydrocarbons can be greatly increased.

The preparation method is simple in preparation, free from restrictions of extreme experiment conditions and capable of treating wastewater containing Cd (II) or other heavy metals.

The in-situ smoldering system comprises an air injection device, ignition devices, a vapor extraction device and sealing cloth, wherein the air injection device comprises at least one air injection well which is used for injecting air into soil for smoldering of organic contaminants in a contaminated area, the ignition devices are arranged in the contaminated area and located close to the air injection device, the vapor extraction device comprises at least one vapor extraction well which extends into a soil aerated zone in the contaminated area and is used for extracting air and volatile organic pollutants, and the sealing cloth is laid on the soil surface on the upper portion of the contaminated area and used for inhibiting the organic pollutants and the air from escaping from the soil surface. The in-situ smoldering system further comprises the multiple air injection wells and the multiple vapor extraction wells, wherein the air injection wells and the vapor extraction wells are distributed outside the contaminated area, and the air pressure difference between the air injection wells and the vapor extraction wells forces the air injected from the air injection wells to flow to the vapor extraction wells so that the air can be spread and distributed in the contaminated area. According to the in-situ smoldering system, the use number of the air injection wells and the ignition devices can be effectively reduced.
