The structural formula of the perovskite titanate material is A. x B y TiO4, wherein element A is at least one of Na, Ca, and La, and element B is at least one of Y, Ni, and Sr, and 0 < x ≤ 1, 0 < y ≤ 1. The perovskite titanate material prepared by this invention has a low crystal defect content, and the (311) crystal plane is the dominant crystal plane. The (311) direction is the direction of rapid diffusion of lithium ions in the bulk structure of the perovskite titanate material. The perovskite titanate material dominated by the (311) crystal plane has a short ion diffusion distance and a fast overall lithium ion diffusion rate, thereby improving the rate performance of the material.
