Systems and processes are disclosed for routing callers to agents in a contact center, along with an intelligent routing system. An exemplary process includes combining multiple output variables of a pattern matching algorithm (for matching callers and agents) into a single metric for use in the routing system. The pattern matching algorithm may include a neural network architecture, where the exemplary method combines output variables from multiple neural networks. The method may include determining a Z-score of the variable outputs and determining a linear combination of the determined Z-scores for a desired output. Callers may be routed to agents via the pattern matching algorithm to maximize the output value or score of the linear combination. Another process includes routing a caller, if agents are available, to an agent based on a pattern matching algorithm (which may include performance based matching, pattern matching based on agent and caller data, computer models for predicting outcomes of agent-caller pairs, and so on), and if no agents are available for the incoming caller, the method includes holding the caller in a shadow queue, e.g., a set of callers. When an agent becomes available the method includes scanning all of the callers in the shadow queue and matching the agent to the best matching caller within shadow queue.

Rapid cultivation method of oleaginous microorganism

The invention discloses a rapid cultivation method of oleaginous microorganisms. The method includes the steps of: (1) cultivating an oleaginous yeast seed liquid; (2) cultivating an autotrophic microalgae seed liquid; and (3) inoculating the oleaginous yeast seed liquid and the autotrophic microalgae seed liquid into a closed photobioreactor with a built-in membrane separation device to carry out semi-mixing culture, culturing the oleaginous yeast in the membrane separation device, and subjecting the autotrophic microalgae to photosynthesis growth in the photobioreactor outside the membrane separation device, wherein the medium composition and culture condition are the same in the two reactors, and supplementing organic carbon source required by the growth and metabolism of the oleaginous yeast cells in the cultivation process. The photobioreactor also comprises a guide shell, the membrane separation device is arranged in the guide shell, and an outlet of the guide shell is leveling with the outlet of the photobioreactor; and the photobioreactor comprises a reflective membrane pasted on the outer surface of the guide shell. The method has the advantages of increasing the yield of autotrophic microalgae and oleaginous yeast cells, the utilization rate of an inorganic carbon source (CO2), and oil content of the microorganisms, and simplifying the culture device.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) cultivating an oil-bearing yeast seed liquid; (2) cultivating an oil-bearing microalgae seed liquid; and (3) throwing the oil-bearing yeast seed liquid and the oil-bearing microalgae seed liquid into an open-type photobioreactor with a membrane separation device laid therein for semi-mixed cultivation, wherein the membrane separation device divides the photobioreactor into an upper area and a lower area, oil-bearing yeast is cultivated in the lower area of the membrane separation device, oil-bearing microalgae is subjected to photosynthetic growth in the upper area of the membrane separation device, the culture medium compositions and the cultivation conditions of the upper area and the lower area are the same, organic carbon sources required for growth and metabolism of the oil-bearing yeast are supplemented in the cultivation process, and reflective membranes are arranged on the inner wall of the upper area of the photobioreactor and at the upper end of the membrane separation device. The method has the advantages of improving the cell yield of the oil-bearing microbes and the utilization ratio of inorganic carbon sources (CO2), simplifying a cultivation device, increasing the oil content of the microbes and the product total oil content and the like.
