According to the invention, the polar plate spacing of each capacitor element in the capacitor core is compressed or amplified by changing the height (namely the core compaction coefficient) of the capacitor core, so that the adjustment of the capacitance of the core is realized, and the temperature coefficient of the capacitor is automatically reduced.
