The invention provides a surgical navigation registration method based on intraoral scanning registration and marker
relay. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring
dentition data of a patient before an operation, making a removable personalized biteplate marker with a registration point, exporting a same-coordinate
system dentition and marker model, performing 3D printing on the marker, and calibrating to generate a configuration file; preoperative CT data without markers and the model are imported, a three-dimensional
skull model is segmented and reconstructed, a
dentition and
skull model is registered and fused, and a marker model is transferred; selecting a marker model registration point to obtain a CT coordinate, obtaining a camera coordinate by combining a configuration file and a feature point coordinate recognized by the camera, and performing registration and alignment to establish a coordinate
system corresponding relation to complete registration. In the operation, coordinate
system transfer between two markers can be completed according to the requirements of different operation
modes or operation areas, a marker configuration file is automatically updated, and
relay registration is completed. According to the invention, secondary
ray exposure can be avoided, registration precision and surgical applicability are improved, and navigation reliability is guaranteed.
