A muscle stretching device comprises a base and a pair of footrests adjustably mounted to the base. The footrests may have an upper surface angled upwardly and a lateral portion height greater than a medial portion height thereof. The footrests may have an upstanding edge rim. The footrests may extend rearwardly from the base. The base may include front and rear fixation pins constructed and arranged to extend upwardly from a top surface of the base.
