The invention discloses a material preparation and material charging method of
blast furnace feeding materials. The method mainly comprises the steps of material preparation and material mixing. Firstly, pellet,
coke nut, lump ore and sintered ore are prepared; then pellet,
coke nut, lump ore and one part of sintered ore are mixed to obtain a mixed material; the mixed material is uniformly laid ona conveying belt; then, the other part of sintered ore is laid on a conveying belt positioned behind the mixed material; secondly, raw materials on the conveying belt are sequentially fed into an upper tank in a
natural material falling mode and is then fed into a lower tank in the
natural material falling mode, so that the mixed material is positioned at the lower part of the lower tank, and thesintered ore is positioned at the upper part of the lower tank. Before the raw materials enter a
blast furnace, the pre-mixing process is completed in a mode of twice
natural material falling; by using the process, all raw materials can be sufficiently and uniformly mixed; the lump ore concentrated distribution phenomenon can be avoided; therefore more lump ore can be added relative to the conventional proportion on the premise of ensuring the material layer ventilation performance and avoiding the
coal gas flow
abnormality; the
raw material cost can be reduced.
