Provided are a vacuum blood collection tube, whereby, in the case of collecting blood for inspecting multiple items, each inspection treatment can be adequately carried out while minimizing the pain inflicted on a blood collection subject and thus the blood collection operation can be more efficiently conducted, a blood collection unit, and a device for discriminating test methods. The vacuum blood collection tube comprises a bottomed tubular body having an inner space with a definite capacity therein, and a stopper for air-tightly sealing the open end of said tubular body so as to maintain the inside of the inner space at a definite degree of vacuum, whereby blood is collected, via a hollow blood collection needle, one end of which is pierced into a blood vessel and the other end of which is pierced into said stopper, into the inner space of said tubular body due to the pressure difference between the blood pressure and the pressure in the inner space. The inner space of said tubular body is divided into multiple inner spaces in such a manner that the individual inner spaces respectively have definite capacities depending on the purpose of various blood inspections and the individual inner spaces are also maintained at definite degrees of vacuum respectively. Owing to this constitution, the blood can be collected via the blood collection needle having pierced into the blood vessel and the amounts of the blood collected in the individual inner spaces are respectively appropriate for the purposes of the blood inspections.
