The laser comprises an upper liquid refrigeration block, a connecting strip, an insulating strip, an anode connecting strip, a connecting strip fixing strip, a lower liquid refrigeration block and a micro-anode block. The lower liquid refrigeration block, the micro-anode block, the insulating strip, a cathode connecting strip and the upper liquid refrigeration block are stacked up and connected with each other sequentially from the bottom up; the lower liquid refrigeration block,the micro-anode block, the insulating strip and the cathode connecting strip are respectively and correspondingly provided with liquid feeding through holes and liquid discharging through holes; the upper liquid refrigeration block is provided with a liquid feeding hole and a liquid discharging hole communicated through a connection hole, the liquid feeding through holes are sequentially stacked up to form a liquid feeding passage, and the liquid discharging through holes are sequentially stacked up to form a liquid discharging passage. The laser has advantages of simple manufacturing method,low production cost, low flow resistance and less pressure drop of cooling medium, easy sealing, strong heat emission capability, long service life and high reliability, and the laser can meet high power output heat emission requirements of laser light completely.
