The diameter of the lower hub is bigger than the diameter of the upper hub.

The invention discloses a low-noise fan for directional cooling. The low-noise fan comprises a fan frame which is of an overall spindle type cavity structure, wherein a plurality of ventilation slots are uniformly formed in the center of the fan frame in the circumferential direction; the slotting direction of each ventilation slot is matched with the rotation direction of the low-noise fan; the outlet end of each ventilation slot is communicated with a fan frame cavity at the center of the fan frame; a transmission bearing and a linkage rod for connecting a motor are arranged on one side of the fan frame; the center of the other side of the fan frame is connected with a vent pipe; an induced draft passageway is arranged inside the vent pipe; the inlet end of the induced draft passageway is communicated with the outlet end of the fan frame cavity; during the use, the outlet end of the vent pipe is connected to a target cooling component. According to the low-noise fan for directional cooling, the fan frame and fan blades are integrally designed and the rotation of fan blades of the traditional fan is replaced by the whole rotation of the fan frame, so that the local vibration caused by the mass eccentricity of the parts in the rotation process is reduced; the design of pipe induced draft is used, so that directional air supply effect can be realized, the local heat dissipation efficiency is improved and the blind spots of air supply on the blowing surface can be eliminated at the same time.
