The invention discloses a construction method of an animal
ureteral calculus model. The method comprises the following steps of selecting a
white rabbit, and performing ear
vein injection by using a urethane solution; enabling the rabbit to be on an
operating table with the
supine position, enabling the lower left
abdomen to be subjected to hair scraping, disinfecting the
skin through
iodophor, performing incision on the left side of the middle of the
abdomen, and entering the
abdominal cavity layer by layer; after entering the
abdominal cavity, dissociating the paracolic sulci at the left side, pushing open the descending colon and the mesostenium to
expose the
ureter at the left side, injecting flowing resin into the upper end of the dissociating
ureter by using an
injector, and irradiating and fixing by using a photocuring lamp; resetting the colon at the left side and the mesostenium after no
urine leakage occurs, closing the
abdominal cavity layer by layer, disinfecting the woundwith
iodophor, and covering the wound with gauze; and three days after the operation, performing
penicillin U
intramuscular injection every day. According to the animal
ureteral calculus model constructed by the method, the flowing resin material has the characteristics of short solidification time, small damage to
smooth muscle tissues and the like, and the model has the advantages of good calculus forming effect, short calculus forming time, economy, timeliness, reproducibility, high
controllability and the like.
