PendingCN122380987ATetramethylammonium bromideSulfonyl chloride
The present application relates to the technical field of synthesis of 4,4'-diaminobenzene sulfonanilide, and provides a synthesis method of 4,4'-diaminobenzene sulfonanilide with high yield, S1, p-acetylamino benzene sulfonyl chloride and p-phenylenediamine are mixed, the pH is adjusted to 7.5-8.0, under the action of a catalyst, an amide reaction is performed to obtain a mixture; S2, the mixture is added to an alkaline solution, after hydrolysis, decolorization, filtration, the pH is adjusted to 7.5-8.0, and filtration is performed to obtain 4,4'-diaminobenzene sulfonanilide; in step S2, the catalyst comprises tetrabutylammonium bromide and a catalytic aid in a mass ratio of 4:1-1.5, and the catalytic aid comprises tetraethylammonium bromide and phenyltrimethylammonium bromide in a mass ratio of 5:0.5-1. Through the technical scheme, the problem of low yield of 4,4'-diaminobenzene sulfonanilide in the related art is solved.

A bromine complexing agent modified iron-bromine photoelectrochemical redox flow battery and a preparation method thereof

PendingCN122291792ATetramethylammonium bromideElectrolytic agent
This invention belongs to the field of photoelectrochemical energy storage technology, specifically relating to a bromine-modified iron-bromine photoelectrochemical redox flow battery and its preparation method. The battery device of this invention comprises an anode cell, a PBVO electrode as the anode, a cathode cell, a graphite carbon felt electrode as the cathode, and a proton exchange membrane. A proton exchange membrane is fixed between the anode and cathode cells using a metal clamp. The anode cell contains a KBr solution containing tetraethylammonium bromide (TEAB) as the anolyte, and the cathode cell contains a FeCl3 solution as the cathode electrolyte. A light source illumination window is provided at the corresponding position of the anode, with backlighting. The anode includes conductive glass and a semiconductor thin film thereon. The anode is connected to the positive terminal of the power supply via a current collector, and the cathode is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply via a current collector. Compared with traditional systems, this invention's device has higher coulombic efficiency, and the charge / discharge mode can be switched by changing the photoanode, making it applicable to the field of photoelectrochemical redox flow batteries.

Preparation method and application of BiOBr-Bi2O2SO4 heterojunction photocatalyst

ActiveCN117583001BGas treatmentPhysical/chemical process catalystsTetramethylammonium bromideHeterojunction
The application discloses a preparation method of a BiOBr-Bi2O2SO4 heterojunction photocatalyst for CO2 reduction and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: first, Bi2O2SO4 is prepared; second, the heterojunction is constructed. Thiocyanic acid and bismuth nitrate hydrate are used as raw materials to synthesize the photocatalyst Bi2O2SO4, and the substrate is modified in situ by using tetraethylammonium bromide as a material, so that the BiOBr-Bi2O2SO4 heterojunction is finally obtained. The materials used in the application are cheap and easy to purchase, and the economic cost is low. The photocatalyst prepared by the method has the advantages of high selectivity, high light absorption efficiency, large material surface area and high stability, and is a relatively ideal photocatalyst for CO2 photoreduction.

Novel molecular sieve carrier, catalyst based on novel molecular sieve carrier, and preparation method and application of novel molecular sieve carrier

PendingCN121715209AHydrogenMolecular sieve catalystsTetramethylammonium bromideCatalytic reforming
The invention discloses a novel molecular sieve carrier, a catalyst based on the carrier as well as a preparation method and application of the catalyst. The preparation method of the novel molecular sieve carrier comprises the following steps: (1) mixing attapulgite subjected to acid treatment with sodium aluminate, tetraethylammonium bromide, sodium hydroxide and deionized water, carrying out stirring treatment, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, carrying out suction filtration, washing and drying, and finally carrying out calcination treatment in an air atmosphere to obtain an AMOR molecular sieve; (2) performing acid treatment on the AMOR molecular sieve in acid liquor; and (3) placing the AMOR-H molecular sieve subjected to acid treatment in alkali liquor for alkali treatment to obtain the novel AMOR-H / OH molecular sieve carrier. The catalyst is applied to catalysis of CH4-CO2 reforming for synthesis gas preparation, the high methane / carbon dioxide conversion rate is achieved and exceeds 80%, and the H2 / CO ratio in the synthesis gas is 0.8-1.2. The use of the AMOR-H / OH molecular sieve carrier improves the dispersibility of nickel, the anchoring effect of Si-OH makes the active metal more stable, and the catalyst has a good anti-sintering effect, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the catalyst.
