The invention discloses a test
bed and method for the simulated working condition of a multistage
hydraulic cylinder. The test
bed comprises a simulated working condition operation
bed body; and the simulated working condition operation bed body comprises a
fixed frame and a movable frame, one end of the
fixed frame is movably connected with one end of the movable frame, and the other end of the
fixed frame and the other end of the movable frame are each provided with an adjusting frame for fixing the multistage
hydraulic cylinder. The test method comprises the steps that the position of the adjusting frame on the movable frame and the positions of hinged seats on the two adjusting frames are adjusted according to the multistage
hydraulic cylinder; four hinged shafts of the multistage hydraulic cylinder are installed into the hinged seats, a pressure measuring oil
pipe is connected to the multistage hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic
station is started for testing; and after testing is completed, an oil drain program is operated, the pressure measuring oil
pipe is disassembled, and then, the multistage hydraulic cylinder can be dismounted. The test bed and method are designed according to the simulated working condition, disordered stage phenomena in the test process can be found totally, various requirements for the delivery test of the multistage hydraulic cylinder are met, and after testing is finished, hydraulic oil accumulated in the oil cylinder can be automatically and completely drained through control of a
system.
