When a train runs, front air can be sucked into air inlet holes, and themagnetic wheels are driven to rotate to generate electric energy. The current is transmitted to a flow guide body and a leading-out wire through a power transmission rod such that more electric energy is provided for a conductor; therefore, the train can be more stable when running against strong wind; when the wind blows from the back of the train, the wind can be sucked in a rear air port, a cutting wheel rotates to cut a magnetic field formed by a first-type guide rod and a second-type guide rod, electric energy is generated to push a pushing head to push out a friction pad, the friction force between the train and the rail is increased, and the train is prevented from being driven to overspeed under strong wind to cause dangerous driving.
