The invention discloses a novel hydrological prediction model. Modeling comprises the following steps: step 1, a study area and hydrological conditions of the area in previous years are selected; step2, hydrological conditions of the area are predicted; step 3, the hydrological prediction model is established; step 4, computing processing is performed on the hydrological prediction model; step 5,a conclusion is drawn. The amount of precipitation and rainfall distribution of the next year are predicted by mathematical modeling, the hydrological prediction model is established on the basis ofthe predicted rainfall, influence factors including rainfall, loss and total amount of a river network of the area are analyzed, and water amount of the area in the next year is predicated finally, sothat convenient and effective management is realized; the influence factors including precipitation P, surface layer free water S, ground total inflow QS, soil total inflow QI, underground total inflow QG and the like are analyzed comprehensively in the hydrological prediction modeling process, and prediction accuracy is improved accordingly.
