The invention provides a wave dissipating wall with multi-layer combined pipes and floating hoses and is characterized in that the wave dissipating wall is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of floating-type wave dissipating walls which are anchored off the coast around a wharf or a marine floating platform. The wave dissipating wall comprises a supporting frame, wave dissipating pipes, wave drain openings reserved on the upper portions and the lower portions and on the left sides and right sides of the wave dissipating pipes, the floating hoses with both ends sealed, sealing caps, rubber protection pads, shock-resistant connecting pieces, an anchor and the like. The wave dissipating wall is reasonable in structure, ingenious in design, simple in structure, convenient to connect, rapid in structuring and low in cost. Further, modularized assembly of the wave dissipating wall can be performed at sea, maintenance and replacement of the modules are easy, and therefore the wave dissipating wall is convenient to popularize and apply. By the wave dissipating wall, not only a leisure platform, but a temporary floating wharf can be set at sea, so that application prospect of the same is promising.
