The invention discloses a method for extracting CBD (cannabidiol) oil from industrial dried hemp flowers and leaves. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: crushing dried hempflowers and leaves; transferring into material grids of a Rotocel extractor; enabling the material girds to make horizontal circumferential movement under driving of a top motor; at the same time, spraying a solvent, namely n-hexane, petroleum ether, #6 solvent oil, kerosene or benzene, to the material by using a pump; after the solvent penetrates into a material layer, enabling the solvent to ooze out from a material partitioning net at a lower end; pumping out the oozed extract by using an anti-explosion pump; carrying out two-stage filtration; recycling the solvent so as to obtain crude CBDoil; carrying out redissolution by using ethanol; freezing, filtering, and recycling ethanol from the filtrate; carrying out complete depressurized recycling on the ethanol, heating to 120-180 DEG C,and carrying out a vacuum decarboxylic reaction for 20 minutes so as to obtain decarboxylation CBD oil; and pumping the decarboxylation reaction CBD oil into a molecular distillate material tank, andcarrying out CBD enrichment through two-stage molecular distillation. The purity is 80% or greater, and the process has the advantages of being large in processing amount, low in water, power and solvent consumption, low in one-time investment, and the like.
