The invention relates to a fabricated aerobic composting device. The device comprises five parts including a bin body, a fermentation center, aeration tiles, a functional film and a data acquisition and transmission system. According to composting requirements in different positions and at different time, the following working steps are required to be performed: constructing three surfaces of thebin body, reserving one surface as a material inlet, laying the aeration tiles and connecting the aeration tiles with the fermentation center; accomplishing a baffle of the reserved material inlet after material distribution, covering materials with the functional film, and fastening the periphery through wires and baffles; supplying gas to the materials through the fermentation center at the beginning of composting, and transmitting, recording and analyzing data by the data acquisition and transmission system, so as to control the composting speed; opening the film and then opening the baffleat the material inlet after composting is over, shoveling out all of the materials and the aeration tiles, sieving, separating the materials from the aeration tiles, finally dismounting the fermentation center and the bin body respectively and performing separate collection. The aerobic composting device is flexible, reliable, efficient, intelligent and economical.
