The electric caster (3) is powered by a power supply (4) mounted at the bottom of the trolley body, the power supply supplies powerto the electric caster (3) through an electric wire slip ring (5) to prevent winding of power supply lines during steering of the electric caster; an electric handrail (6) is mounted at the upper partof the trolley body (1), and a speed adjusting button (7) and a steering adjuster (8) are mounted on the electric handrail (6) and both controlled by a master controller (9) mounted at the bottom ofthe trolley body. The electric medical trolley is simple in structure, portable to use and flexible in steering.
