This invention provides a
powder tanker unloading
system, including a
temporary storage tank. The upper part of the
temporary storage tank is connected to a feed hose, and the upper end of the
temporary storage tank is connected to a filter shell. The filter shell has an exhaust port connected outwards, and a dust
filter element is installed inside the filter shell. The lower end of the temporary
storage tank is connected downwards to a
discharge pipe. A unloading section is located at the lower end of the
powder tanker. A
discharge pipe, detachably connected to the free end of the feed hose, is located at the bottom of the unloading section. An air injection
pipe is arranged around the unloading section. The
discharge pipe has a strip-shaped feed inlet extending along its length within the unloading section. Multiple high-pressure air blowing pipes, extending into the unloading section and facing the strip-shaped feed inlet, are arranged inwards from the air injection pipe. The free end of each high-pressure air blowing pipe is open and inclined towards the sealing plug. This invention utilizes high-speed
airflow to propel the
powder quickly unloading, eliminating the need to maintain a high-pressure environment inside the tank, resulting in lower unloading
energy consumption and greater safety.
