The invention relates to a peanut shell /
hydroxyapatite composite material, a preparation method thereof and application of the peanut shell /
hydroxyapatite composite material in adsorption and separation of Pb (II). The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving
ammonium dihydrogen
phosphate in deionized water, adjusting the pH value to 10, adding a
calcium source, and stirring the obtained mixture at 40 DEG C for reaction; carrying out suction
filtration, collecting a product, and
drying to obtain hydroxyapatite HAP; dissolving hydroxyapatite HAP in deionized water, stirring and dissolving, adding the pretreated peanut shell
powder PA, uniformly stirring, carrying out suction
filtration, and
drying; and
grinding the obtained product, transferring the ground product into a
muffle furnace, and carrying out high-temperature
calcination to obtain the peanut shell /
hydroxyapatite composite material HAP-PA. The peanut shell / hydroxyapatite
composite material prepared by the invention can effectively adsorb lead ions, the preparation raw materials are
biomass materials which are cheap and easy to obtain, meanwhile, the preparation process is simple, the
operability is high, large-scale preparation can be realized, and the peanut shell / hydroxyapatite
composite material has practical practicability.
