manure. The high-efficient and environment-friendly treatment process is characterized in that the treatment process comprises the following steps of: A) mixing raw juice pig
manure with organic harmless filling material according to the proportion of (4-6): (6-4); B) adding substances after mixing into a treatment pot for performing
fermentation treatment; C) heating to 70-90 DEG C in the treatment pot, performing
oxygen-consuming
fermentation for 12-24h, simultaneously adding and blending a high-temperature
bacterial population, stirring to enable the temperature of contents to be uniform, enabling the
bacterial population to be uniform and killing harmful
bacteria and
insect eggs by high temperature; D) switching off, maintaining at the temperature of 70-90 DEG C by relying on
heat energy of fermenting organisms, and taking out of a tank after 12-24h; and E) accumulating after taking out of the pot, performing high-pressure air inflation, performing secondary
fermentation to realize further loss of water, and fermenting for 12-24h so as to be used as an
organic fertilizer for production. The process disclosed by the invention has the innovation points that: a traditional anaerobic way or an anaerobic and
oxygen-consuming treatment mode is discarded, and the
oxygen-consuming way is directly adopted; the treatment efficiency is high: as the high-temperature
bacterial population is adopted and filled in the closed tank capable of being heated, the treatment efficiency is improved by dozens of times, and the harmless treatment can be performed at 24h; and the process is energy-saving and environment-friendly: in addition to initial heating, the high temperature required for fermentation relies on the
heat energy which can be produced by the organisms, and the treatment result can be harmless completely.
