system for testing, assembling and debugging of a drive-by-wire
system applied to a
chassis of an intelligent networked automobile. The
system comprises a
chassis drive-by-wire
assembly and a principle display and on-line detection rack, wherein the principle display and on-line detection rack comprises a bottom cabinet body, an industrial
personal computer arranged in the bottom cabinet body and a
display board arranged at the upper part of the bottom cabinet body, the
display board is provided with a display, a mouse and a keyboard which are connected with the industrial
personal computer, the industrial
personal computer is internally provided with a teaching
software module based on the
chassis drive-by-wire
assembly, and the chassis drive-by-wire
assembly is internally provided with a
fault simulator. According to the invention,
software and hardware are combined, so students can learn theoretical knowledge and carry out actual
work task training at the same time; related knowledge is learned in the process of completing a
work task, so perceptual knowledge is enhanced, and the system has high pertinence and
operability; and by simulating the actual situation of the chassis drive-by-wire assembly, the sense of participation of students can be enhanced, and high-quality and efficient
task learning can be completed.
