system of a 10KV typical customer distribution room, which comprises a background computer, a high-
voltage unit and a low-
voltage unit. The high-
voltage unit comprises a high-voltage programmable power supply, a high-voltage leading-out cabinet, a
transformer cabinet and a PT cabinet, wherein the
transformer cabinet and the PT cabinet are matched with and connected with the high-voltage unit, the lower-voltage unit comprises a low-voltage programmable power supply, a low-voltage leading-out cabinet, a reactive
power compensation cabinet and a distribution cabinet, wherein the reactive
power compensation cabinet and the distribution cabinet are matched with and connected with the low-voltage unit. The
system further comprises a
fault simulator circuit and a virtual-load
load circuit corresponding to each distribution cabinet. Each circuit is connected with the background computer through a communication
system. The fault settings which can be realized in the invention include the faults easily happening commonly so that learners can deeply know and analyze the faults, improve the skill levels of the learners for examining and solving the faults, improve the capability of dealing with emergency, and greatly prompt the post comprehensive professional levels and the field practical operation levels of relative workers, such as power utilization inspectors, distribution running maintainers,
electric energy metering workers and the like.
