The present invention pertains to a method for preparation of superhydrophobic timber on the basis of a sol-gel method, and the method is as follows: (1), silica sol synthesis, to be more specific, materials are prepared in the volume ratio of ammonia to anhydrous ethanol to ethyl orthosilicate of 1:15 to 17:1; (2), hydrophobic modification of monodispersed nano silica sol, to be more specific, hexadecyl trimethoxysilane, or triethoxysilane-1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-heptadecafluorodecyl silane is used for hydrophobic modification of the synthesized monodispersed nano silica sol, and the hydrophobic agent promotes mutual aggregation of nanoparticles to promote the formation of aggregates of silica nanoparticles; and (3) timber coating processing, to be more specific, the timber surface is coated with the hydrophobically modified silica sol solution by dipping or spraying process. Contact angles of the processed timber surface and water droplets are greater than 150 degrees, roll angles are less than 10 degrees, and a superhydrophobic film has good resistance to acid and alkali erosion and stability in high-humidity environment. The method is simple in operation, less demanding on equipment, and capable of scale production, and has wide market prospects.

The method comprises the following steps: step (1), continuously acquiring N frames of sequence liquid medicine bottle images, N being a positive integer greater than or equal to one; step (2), performing mean value filtering and windowing processing on each frame of the acquired sequence liquid medicine bottle images; step (3), obtaining a detection region of interest (ROI) of each frame of the sequence liquid medicine bottle images; step (4), establishing a reference template, performing template matching based on gray scale characteristics on the liquid medicine bottle images after the filtering and the windowing processing and the reference template; and step (5), performing inter-frame differential processing on two adjacent frames of the images after the matching; performing gray scale threshold segmentation on the images after the inter-frame differential processing to obtain an Imagethreshold, i being greater than and equal to 2 and smaller than and equal to N; if no foreign matters exist in the Imagethreshold, determining that the liquid in a medicine bottle is qualified; and otherwise, determining whether the liquid in the medicine is qualified according to the characteristics of the foreign matters.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a triazole concentrate comprising 4.1-15.6wt% of a triazole compound, 33.6-67wt% of an ethanol and N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) combination, 20.7-26.5wt% of an amine oxide and quaternary ammonium salt combination or a calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (MOA-15) combination, and the balance of water, wherein the triazole compound is hexaconazole, cyproconazole, epoxiconazole, triadimenol, or a propiconazole/tebuconazole combination with the ratio of propiconazole/tebuconazole of 1:0.68-0.95; and adding parts of water to the triazole concentrate, adding 5-chloro-2-methyl-1-isothiazoline-3-one/2-methyl-1-isothiazoline-3-one (CMIT-MIT), and diluting the above obtained solution to obtain a triazole composition operating fluid. When the triazole composition operating fluid is used to carry out vacuum pressurizing treatment on a wood bamboo material, the wood bamboo material is dried until the water content of 20-25%, 5-9% low-molecular weight (the molecular weight is smaller than 1000) phenolic resin (PF) is used to carry out secondary vacuum pressurizing treatment, and the two-stage treated wood bamboo material has excellent corrosion, mildew and discoloration resistance and excellent triazole anti-loss performance after being dried.

The method includes the steps of collecting a typical medicine bottle image to establish a reference template image, establishing matching templates and coordinate systems of the matching templates, matching a plurality of collected image of a detected medicine bottle with the matching templates in a one-to-one mode to obtain a displacement matrix of the images of the detected medicine bottle obtaining a corrected image of the images of the detected medicine bottle through affine transformation, segmenting the corrected image to obtain detection areas, extracting liquid level strip shapes, obtaining the liquid level lowest point on the basis of the characteristics of the liquid level strip shapes, and judging the qualification of the medicine bottle according to the relation between the liquid level lowest point and the set liquid level lowest point threshold value alpha and the relation between the liquid level lowest point and the set highest threshold value beta. The method is rapid in detection speed, and the total processing time of all the images of liquid medicine of the single bottle is within 100 ms. The sub-pixel-level accuracy is achieved for detection, the pixel deviation caused by vibration of a mechanical platform is eliminated, and the detection accuracy is greatly improved.

The invention relates to a method for preparing a carbon nano-cage by catalyzing an organic ligand by a metal ion, the prepared carbon nano-cage and an application of the carbon nano-cage. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing an organic ligand aqueous solution and a metal salt aqueous solution according to a ratio, then carrying out a reaction for 2-24 hours under a normal-temperature condition to obtain a metal organic framework precursor with a rhombic dodecahedral structure, then heating the precursor in an inert gas atmosphere to 350-500 DEG C, carrying out constant-temperature calcination for 1-2 hours, then continuing carrying out heating to 800-900 DEG C, carrying out constant-temperature calcination for 1-4 hours, carrying out cooling, and then carrying out acid washing, water washing and drying treatment to obtain the carbon nano-cage. The size of the carbon nano-cage provided by the invention is smallest according to the present report, and is about 10 nm. In addition, the superfine carbon nano-cage structure prepared by the method has a rich pore structure, high specific surface area and excellent electrochemical performance, is low in preparation cost, can be efficiently put into production and use, and has relatively high market competitiveness.
