The invention relates to the technical field of anti-dazzle, and discloses an intelligent anti-dazzle system which comprises a controller, a first camera used for shooting a scene image in front of a vehicle in real time, a second camera used for shooting a human eye image of a driver and an anti-dazzle film. The anti-dazzle film comprises a substrate and a plurality of electrically-controlled shading units arranged on the substrate in a dot matrix mode, and the light transmittance and the polarization rate of the shading units are adjustable. The controller is used for receiving a scene image shot by the first camera and a human eye image shot by the second camera, identifying a strong light area position in the scene image, and calculating coordinate values of the strong light penetrating through the shading units on the anti-dazzle film when the strong light enters the human eye according to the human eye position, and adjusting the light transmittance and the polarization rate of the shading units at the corresponding positions according to the coordinate values. According to the system, the light transmittance and the polarization rate of the area needing anti-glare can be changed in a targeted mode, and the light transmittance and the polarization rate of other areas not needing anti-glare are not affected.
