The present invention relates to a color-temperature-adjustable LED driving circuit. Firstly, oscillation triangle waves are generated through an oscillation module, and the duty cycle of outputted PWM signals is adjusted by a PWM control module according to the oscillation triangle waves. After a first driving module and an inverse comparison module receive the PWM signals, the signals are subjected to reverse treatment by the inverse comparison module. After that, the processed PWM signals are outputted to a second driving module.
