Contents sales method and system

When receiving information to specify a purchase portion of contents that are priced so that a portion whose sales unit price gradually increases from a sales unit price of an initial portion exists, and a purchase instruction from a terminal of a purchaser, information concerning a purchase range of the contents and price information is stored into a storage device so as to correspond to the purchaser, and data for the purchase portion of the contents is transmitted to the purchaser. Thus, following benefits are obtained by carrying out not the simple tally trade, but a tally trade of the contents under the price setting in which the sales unit price gradually increases from the initial portion of the contents, for instance. That is, (a) the purchaser can firstly purchase portions of the contents at a low price, and when he or she judges at an early stage that he or she does not like them, and stops their purchase, the cost can be lowered as a whole, and he or she can tentatively read a lot of books. And, (b) the contents seller can obtain the same sales as the conventional one, when the purchaser buys the entire contents, and even if the purchaser stopped his or her purchase halfway, the contents seller can obtain the sales up to the purchased portions. Furthermore, there is a benefit in which the cost can be suppressed to very lower price than selling goods.

A system (100) for time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay detection is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a receptacle (110) with a sample volume adapted for receiving a sample (99) therein; a light source (120) adapted to emit pulsed excitation light (200); illumination optics (130) adapted to collect the pulsed excitation light (200) from the light source (120) and to deliver said pulsed excitation light (200) to the sample volume in the receptacle (110); a detection device (140) adapted for gated detection of fluorescence radiation (210) at least in a detection spectral range; detection optics (150) adapted to collect fluorescence radiation (210) from the receptacle (110) at least in the detection spectral range and deliver said fluorescence radiation (210) to the detection device (140); and an optical filter device (160) configured for the separation of excitation light (200) and detection light (210). The light source (120) is a light emitting diode with a peak intensity emission at a wavelength below 355 nm. The system (100) further comprises a control unit (101) configured to at least control timing of a detection cycle. The detection cycle comprises an excitation pulse emitted by the light emitting diode (120), followed by a detection period for the detection of fluorescence radiation (210) by the detection device (140), wherein the detection period is separated from the excitation pulse by a detection delay. A pulse duration of the excitation pulse is at least 10 μs. According to a further aspect, a method for time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay detection is provided.
