spinning device for manufacturing heterogeneous spiral winding
fiber bundles and stranded wires. The electrostatic
spinning device comprises an insulation box,
spinning nozzles, injection devices, an
injection device fixing device, a
metal connecting shaft, a first motor and a collecting device, the spinning nozzles, the injection devices, the
injection device fixing device, the
metal connecting shaft, the first motor and the collecting device are arranged in the insulation box, the first motor is arranged on the upper portion of the insulation box, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with the
injection device fixing device through the
metal connecting shaft, the injection devices are arranged on the injection device fixing device, the spinning nozzles are arranged on the injection devices respectively, the spinning nozzles are connected with the positive
electrode of a high-
voltage power supply, the collecting device is arranged on the lower portion of the insulation box and below the spinning nozzles, and the collecting device is connected with the negative
electrode of the high-
voltage power supply. The independent spinning nozzles are simultaneously operated to carry out spinning to manufacture the
fiber bundles and the stranded wires, the yield of the fibers is far larger than that of a spinning device with a single spinning
nozzle, and the electrostatic spinning device mainly has the advantages of manufacturing the
fiber bundles with one operation and being capable of manufacturing the heterogeneous fiber bundles.
