A drum having hidden, drum head tensioning features. The drum features a drum head assembly being positioned within a drum body. The drum head assembly includes a mounting frame having a mounting ring being loosely fitted within the drum body. A toothbrush holder is disclosed. The toothbrush holder includes a tubular body that is sized to contain a toothbrush.
