The aluminum alloy and the method are characterized in that: an alloy casting process and a plate production process of the invention are simple and convenient to control; an alloy plate of the invention has high intensity and excellent stamping forming property; and the stamping yield of a covering part for the aluminum alloy automobile body can be effectively enhanced and stamping cost is lowered.
