A traffic information prediction system, including a traffic information prediction apparatus, of the present invention comprises travel status measuring means for measuring a travel status of a vehicle and accumulating it as travel record information, and traffic information predicting means for predicting traffic information on a route on the basis of the travel record information and statistical traffic information to predict an arrival time to any place on a route containing the destination. The traffic information predicting means compares a traveling trace based on the statistical traffic information and the traveling trace based on the travel record information to calculate the degree of progress of the travel record based on the statistical traffic information, and correct the traveling trace based on the statistical traffic information on the basis of the degree of progress.

The chronograph functions according to chromatographic principles to develop a perceptible visual image or pattern on an indicator panel or display area, which serves as a means to monitor the relative amount of time that elapses. The chronograph includes a self-contained reservoir for an activating agent, which once activated creates a mobile front that traverses the indicator panel substrate from the reservoir to a distal end at a predetermined rate. A transmission line hanger is provided for attaching a corrugated transmission line to a supporting structure. The hanger includes a first section adapted to engage a first side of the transmission line and a second section adapted to engage a second side of the transmission line. A gutter cover apparatus a comprising a relatively thin, elongated generally planar sheet member, preferably of metallic material, suitably sized and configured to fit over and cover the top of a conventional roof gutter. The elongated sheet member has a longitudinal front edge portion, a longitudinal rear edge portion, and a generally planar intermediate portion therebetween. Advantages of user convenience and cost savings can be obtained through the use of a single clock whose time can be freely changed by a user. A secure clock that can provide the correct time can be embodied as a software program.

An electrochemical generator comprises a stack of cells in series. To control the voltage across the terminals, controlling means comprise, for each cell, a first reactive passive component, the impedance varying depending on the DC voltage across its terminals, being biased by the voltage delivered by the cell, and a second reactive or resonant passive component forming, with the first reactive passive component, a series or parallel resonant circuit having a preset nominal resonant frequency for a nominal biasing voltage delivered by the cell. Using a variable frequency signal generator to supply the resonant circuits allows a detection circuit to detect resonant peak(s) across the terminals. The divergence between the resonant frequency corresponding to a detected peak and the nominal resonant frequency indicates the state of the associated cell. The frequency differences directly, for their part, provide information on the uniformity of the cells with respect to each other.
