The invention relates to an automatic cleaning method of a zinc tin bronze electric conductive hair spring. The automatic cleaning method comprises the following steps: firstly, welding one end of the hair spring with an insulator on the front side of a protective filament plate, and suspending the other end of the hair spring; secondly, mounting a special tool on the protective filament plate, and then causing the back side of the protective filament plate on which the special tool is mounted to be upwardly mounted in a tool basket; thirdly, downwardly placing the hair spring in the tool basket and the protective filament plate at a feed inlet of a six-tank type ultrasonic fully-automatic cleaning machine; and fourthly, starting the cleaning machine, carrying out six-tank multi-frequencycleaning by utilizing a manipulator carrying the tool basket, and then obtaining the hair spring after the cleaning. According to the material, the shape and the radius R of the electric conducting hair spring, the invention can select optimal ultrasonic frequency to be matched with ultrasonic cleaning power and control cleaning technological parameters by rationally programming the cleaning procures, the cleaning time, and the like, thereby obtaining an optimal cleaning effect. Due to the improvement of the cleanliness of the hair spring, the reliability of a gyroscopic apparatus is also stably improved.
