crystal growth process, realizes real-time monitoring and prediction of the growth state, realizes autonomous optimization and adjustment of experimental parameters, and finally realizes closed-loop
intelligent control of the whole
crystal growth process by converting the decision result into a
control signal of the
crystal growth system with the aid of an embodied intelligent system.
