punching needles are chamfered; the upper end face of the insert structure serves as a supporting face of a vertical hole of the CSK part, the upper end of the insert structure protrudes to the position above the lower die, and when the upper die and the lower die are closed, the lower end face of the punching needle penetrates through the vertical hole and is in
interference fit with the top end face of the insert structure, so that the vertical hole is formed into a chamfering hole. A part is supported through the insert core structure, the upper end face of the insert core structure protrudes to the position above the lower die, when the upper die and the lower die are closed, the upper end face of the insert core structure is in
interference fit with the punching needle, a gap caused by rebounding of the steel part can be overcome, and the
machining precision of a chamfering hole is guaranteed; when the insert core structure needs to be replaced, only the
set screw needs to be unscrewed, the lower template does not need to be replaced or disassembled, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
