The invention discloses a sample self-
relay method for laboratory real-time
quality control and an automatic
system, and belongs to the technical field of clinical laboratory automatic
quality control. According to the method, an independent
quality control cycle is established for a plurality of preset key concentrations, and a concentration-bias and concentration-inaccuracy mapping table is established based on historical quality
control data. Independent counting is maintained for each
target concentration, when the detection number reaches the length L of the
current analysis batch, quality control is automatically triggered, two patient samples with the concentrations meeting the requirements are screened from the current detection batch to serve as a self-
relay quality
control sample pair, and judgment is conducted according to the rule of 1-3 s after returning and re-detection. And meanwhile, querying a mapping table according to the actual concentration of the sample to calculate a sigma value, querying a preset sigma-L mapping table based on the sigma value, and dynamically updating the next analysis batch length of the
target concentration. Each cycle operates independently and asynchronously to form a
closed loop, so that accurate, automatic and real-time quality control of different concentrations and different frequencies is realized, and the implementation
bottleneck of personalized 6 sigma quality control in cost and reliability is overcome.
