The invention relates to a method for calculating
heat supply steam pipeline production and acceptance evaluation thermal indexes. The method is used for a thermal power
plant. After a
heat supply steam pipeline is put into production, it is required to carry out construction acceptance and evaluation on the steam pipeline. At present, in relevant specifications and data, the evaluation and the acceptance of a
heat supply pipeline network mainly relate to requirements for the insulation thickness of the pipeline or a support of the pipeline, but less relate to thermal indexes such as pressuredrop,
temperature drop and heat loss. In the present invention, the heat supply steam pipeline production and acceptance evaluation thermal indexes include the
temperature drop of the heat supply steam pipeline, the pressure drop of the heat supply steam pipeline, the
leakage rate of the heat supply steam pipeline and the heat
loss rate of the heat supply steam pipeline, and the method for calculating the
temperature drop of the heat supply steam pipeline, the pressure drop of the heat supply steam pipeline, the
leakage rate of the heat supply steam pipeline and the heat
loss rate of the heatsupply steam pipeline is provided. A calculation result can be compared with a design value so as to evaluate the thermal performance of the heat supply steam pipeline.
