The invention discloses a method for the large-proportion utilization of lump ores for a
blast furnace. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, testing the high-temperature
metallurgy performance of the lump ores to be put into the
blast furnace, and selecting the condition-satisfied lump ores; step 2, sufficiently mixing the selected lump ores with nut
coke at a
mass ratio of (6-25):1,so as to obtain a mixture; and step 3, adding the mixture obtained in step 2 into a middle ring belt of the
blast furnace at a
mass ratio of the consumption of the lump ores in each batch of furnace charge to each batch of the furnace charge, putting the furnace charge into the blast furnace, and carrying out
smelting, wherein the
mass ratio is set to (1-3):10. According to the method disclosed bythe invention, the lump ores are put into the blast furnace in batches, so that the proportion of the lump ores being put into the blast furnace can be extremely improved under the premise that the stable and smooth running of the blast furnace is guaranteed; the lump ore and nut
coke mixing ratio as well as other parameters are optimized, so that the high
permeability index of the mixture can beachieved and the problem about a decrease in the
coal gas efficiency of the blast furnace can be solved; and furthermore, the time for
coal gas to stay in the blast furnace can be prolonged, the coalgas utilization efficiency of the blast furnace can be improved, the
energy consumption of the blast furnace can be lowered, and the cost of raw materials being put into the blast furnace can be greatly reduced.
