Conveyor system and method for transferring stacks of paper or the like to a discharge conveyor

InactiveUS20030183486A1Great operational flexibilityImprove the conveyor systemFunction indicatorsCharge manipulationPaper sheetEngineering
The conveyor system (11) is used for transferring rows or large cycles (66) of sheet stacks (12) from the stacking station (20) of a paper converting machine, e.g. a small format cross-cutter to several parallel-running discharge conveyor belts (24, 25). For this purpose grippers or tongs (48) are provided, which are guided on gripper supports (39) and which can draw the stacks (12) from stacking station (20) via conveyor belts (24, 25). For each stacking position (21) there are two grippers (48, 48a), which in each case alternatively grip and transfer a stack, whilst the other gripper performs the return movement and passes into its waiting position upstream of the stacking station.

Control method applicable to doubly salient electro-magnetic motor

The invention discloses a control method applicable to a doubly salient electro-magnetic motor. According to the method, a three-phase twelve-beat control strategy is provided for switching-on and switching-off of a power converter main switch tube based on inductance characteristics of the doubly salient electro-magnetic motor in operation. In the premise of ensuring reliable operation of the motor, in order to inhibit torque pulsation and improve output torque, an electrical cycle is divided into twelve stages, each stage is corresponding to a switching-on mode of the switch tube for controlling a current in the corresponding direction to flow into the corresponding phase, so that the motor forms twelve working conditions in the electrical cycle. According to the motor provided by the invention, the torque pulsation caused by the condition of adding a dead time (namely the time when an upper switch tube and a lower switch tube are simultaneously switched off) into a commutation time is avoided, an effective section of the inductance can be fully utilized to introduce the current in the corresponding direction, and thus the output torque is improved to a certain extent.

Automatic music playing apparatus and computer program therefor

An external storage device stores automatic music playing data files, each file including data of a progression of musical notes constituting a performance of a music piece, and registration data files, each file including data of a set of parameters to determine the conditions for the performance of the music piece. While an automatic music playing data file of a piece of music and registration data files are loaded into a working memory and are being processed to play the current piece of music automatically, the next automatic music playing data file of the next piece of music to be played and the registration data files to be used next are prefetched from the external storage device into an internal storage device temporarily to be prepared for being transferred to the working memory for the successive automatic music playing after the automatic playing of the current music piece is over. Thus, dead time between the adjacent pieces of automatically played music and delay in effectuating the registrations will be avoided.

Surface-borehole-based nuclear magnetic resonance detection system and method

The invention discloses a surface-borehole-based nuclear magnetic resonance detection system and a method, wherein the nuclear magnetic resonance detection system comprises: an emission module including a main machine, a PC connected with the main machine and an emission ring connected with the main machine wherein the emission ring is arranged on a ground and used to emit an exciting magnetic field and the PC is used to control the emission process of the emission ring; and a receiving module in communicative connection with the emission module and comprising a receiver and a receiving ring connected with the receiver wherein the receiving module is arranged under a well; the receiving ring is used to receive the water-body-generated nuclear magnetic resonance signal; and the receiver is able to acquire the under-well signal based on preset initial instructions and saves the under-well signal in a storage module and finally, through inversion software, processes the under-well signal so as to obtain the under-well distribution information. The system and the method of the invention solve the technical problem that detection information is not accurate due to the relatively long dead zone time in the currently available SNMR method.
