voice frequency output device are arranged on the front face of each
pile body. The method comprises the steps of detecting whether a
human body gets close to within the preset range, and if yes, the
voice frequency collection devices are triggered; it is judged that voice frequency information is generated, and if yes, a voice instruction is formed;whether the current voice instruction is an authority operation instruction or not is judged, and if yes, the biological characteristic collection devices are triggered; and whether user biological characteristics matched with the current
human body biological characteristics exist in a user
database is judged, and if yes, a current voice instruction is executed. During interaction of a user and the charging piles, participation of other devices is not needed, and direction interaction of the user and the charging piles can be achieved.
