system comprises a first anchor chain, one end of the first anchor chain is provided with a first anchor claw, the other end of the first anchor chain is provided with a second anchor claw, the first anchor chain installed at the position of the second anchor claw is connected with the second anchor chain, a
tail end connecting piece is arranged at the end of the second anchor chain,a
buoyancy device is arranged at the
tail end connecting piece, the
buoyancy device structurally comprises a
buoyancy cylinder, a support is arranged inside the buoyancy cylinder, an ADCP is fixed atone end of the support, an acoustic releaser is fixed at the other end of the support, a cabin
rope is fixed on the acoustic releaser, the cabin
rope extends out of the buoyancy cylinder, a pluralitycircles of cabin ropes are sequentially wound on the periphery of the buoyancy cylinder from top to bottom, and the
tail end connecting piece is connected at the bottom of the buoyancy cylinder. According to the device and method, the problem of safety of distribution of the wave flow measuring device at the
steep slope is solved, the measuring stability and the
data accuracy are ensured, and therecycling reliability is considered.
