A transformer for an ultra-high voltage direct current transmission project

PendingCN122436350Aavoid entrainmentMeet testing needs
The application discloses a transformer for extra-high voltage direct current transmission engineering and relates to the technical field of transformers, in particular to a transformer for extra-high voltage direct current transmission engineering. The transformer comprises a transformer body, an oil tank arranged in the transformer body, a drain valve pipe communicated with the oil tank and mounted on one side of the transformer body, a main flow guide pipe connected with one end of the drain valve pipe, and a drain valve component and a sampling mechanism arranged at two ends of the main flow guide pipe. The transformer for extra-high voltage direct current transmission engineering is provided with the sampling mechanism. When sampling, the sampling pipe body is automatically moved up to the main flow guide pipe in an arc-shaped notch opened by itself and covered by a composite sealing ring under the transmission of the lifting transmission assembly, and then the clean oil sample in the main flow guide pipe enters the inside of the sampling pipe body along the cylinder wall of the sampling pipe body in a wall layer flow, so that air is avoided from being sucked by free jet flow. In the oil inlet process, the oil pressure pushes the piston rod in the buffer assembly to move down synchronously, and the gas in the sampling pipe body is discharged through the associated second electromagnetic valve pipe, so that the detection requirement of low-bubble sampling is met.

Near-atomic scale electrochemical machining product co-removal methods, systems, and applications

This invention discloses a method for the coordinated removal of products from near-atomic-scale electrochemical machining, along with its system apparatus and applications. The core of this method lies in the synergistic use of chemical complexation, pulsed electric field modulation, and interfacial electrostatic repulsion to proactively address the problem of product blockage within near-atomic-scale machining channels. Specifically, by adding a strong complexing agent to the electrolyte, the metal ions generated during machining are converted in situ into soluble complexed anions. A composite waveform, including an anodic pulse during machining, a zero-potential intermittent period during diffusion, and a reverse cathode pulse during impurity removal, provides dual impurity removal momentum through diffusion and electromigration. Simultaneously, the inner wall of the ion channel protein is negatively modified to reduce product transport resistance and adsorption through electrostatic repulsion. The synergistic effect of these three mechanisms enables effective and continuous product management without compromising machining locality. Correspondingly, this invention also provides a dedicated machining system for implementing this method and its application in the machining of easily passivated metal materials.
