The invention discloses a high selectivity moisture absorber with a shell-core structure and a method for preparing the same. The moisture absorber is an organic-inorganic composite adsorbent which takes an inorganic porous material the surface of which contains a hydroxyl group as an inner core and a hydrophilic polymer ultra-thin film as a shell, wherein by the condensation and polymerization reactions, the shell is grafted with a hydrophilic polymer brush on the surface of the inner core; and further by the cross linking, the hydrophilic polymer ultra-thin film shell is formed. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, the inorganic porous material the surface of which contains the hydroxyl group is subjected to activating treatment and then subjected to hydrolytic condensation with a silane coupler to form an inorganic porous material containing vinyl; and the inorganic porous material containing the vinyl is subjected to free radical polymerization reaction with an acrylic monomer and then is subjected to cross linking reaction with a diamine compound so as to obtain the high selectivity moisture absorber with the shell-core structure. Compared with prior art, the moisture absorber has the advantages of high selectivity, large hygroscopic capacity, simple preparation process, low cost and easy control of selectivity, and can meet the requirements of different application occasions.

The invention discloses a medical composite dressing for wound repair. The dressing comprises an inner layer which is in contact with a wound, a middle layer and an outer layer. The dressing is characterized in that: the inner layer is a chitosan / polyvinyl alcohol / oxidized sodium alginate blended nano-fiber antibacterial layer; the middle layer is an aerogel moisture absorption layer prepared by subjecting a sodium alginate / polyvinyl alcohol / sodium carboxymethyl cellulose nanofiber membrane to shearing and freeze-drying treatment; and the outer layer is a non-woven fabric breathable layer, andthe inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer are compounded through medical glue. According to the composite dressing, the mechanical property of the dressing is improved by utilizing an electrostatic spinning technology. Meanwhile, the nanofiber membrane prepared according to the electrostatic spinning technology and the nanofiber membrane aerogel obtained through aftertreatment have high porosity and large surface area, the excellent breathability can be achieved while the high moisture absorption and moisture retention performance is guaranteed, exudate diffusion is reduced, the skin is kept clean, and the dressing can be widely applied to recovery treatment of various wounds.

The invention relates to an expanded vermiculite cement board capable of releasing negative ions and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing of raw materials: weighing the raw materials consisting of expanded vermiculite, cement, tourmalinite and an accessory by volume; (2) material mixing: uniformly mixing the raw materials under stirring by using a stirrer; (3) molding: allowing slurry obtained after uniform mixing under stirring to pass through a head box and then to be conveyed to running felt on a slurry-carrying felt conveying roller, carrying out natural dehydration and vacuum dehydration so as to form a material layer and winding the material layer onto a molding drum for molding by rolling; (4) maintenance: subjecting a molded product to normal-temperature maintenance for 3 to 6 h at first and then to steam maintenance in an autoclave at a pressure of 1 MPa and a temperature of 100 to 200 DEG C for 10 to 18 h; and (5) drying: carrying out drying at a temperature of 70 to 100 DEG C for 1 to 3 so as to obtain the expanded vermiculite cement board. Compared with the prior art, the expanded vermiculite cement board provided by the invention has the advantages of capacity of releasing negative oxygen ions, environment friendliness, good practicality and the like.

The invention provides a cotton imitation polyester filament with a high hygroscopicity and a preparation method thereof. The cotton imitation polyester filament contains 1-10wt% of CaSO3 and 90-99wt% of modified PET, wherein the modified PET contains -COH2CH2NHCH2CH2O- and -OCH2CH2OCOC6H4COOCH2O- in a ratio of 1:10-50. The invention also provides a preparation method of the cotton imitation polyester filament with high hygroscopicity. CaSO3, NH(CH2CH2OH)2, PEG, SIPE, PTA and EG are used as raw materials, wherein a molar ratio of PTA to EG is 1:0.95-1.35; an in situ polymerization method is used to prepare a polyester chip, which is treated with melt spinning through a shaped spinneret plate to obtain the polyester filament. The polyester filament prepared by the invention has high hygroscopicity, excellent anti-static electricity performance, mould proofness and antibacterial property, and not only overcomes defects of weak hydrophilcity and anti-static electricity performance of existing terylene but also solves a problem of uneven distribution of inorganic additive particles through the in situ polymerization, and can be applied to high-grade cotton imitation polyester filamentand fabrics thereof.

The invention provides a starch-based high-efficiency moisture-absorbing desiccant, which has high moisture-absorbing efficiency, long-time action and great moisture-absorbing quantity and comprises the main components of pregelatinized starch, inorganic salt and a gel reinforcing agent. The main processing technique thereof comprises the following steps of: (1) preparation of the gelatinized starch: taking starch to be mixed in cold water, stirring to form emulsus suspension, and heating to lead the starch to be changed to be doped; (2) grinding and crushing of the inorganic salt and the gel reinforcing agent; and (3) alloying of the pregelatinized starch, the inorganic salt and the gel reinforcing agent.
