The present invention relates generally to a new apparatus and method for introducing thermal paste into semiconductor packages. More particularly, the invention encompasses an apparatus and a method that uses at least one preform of thermal paste for the cooling of at least one chip in a sealed semiconductor package. The thermal paste preform is subcooled, and is transferred onto a module component from a separable transfer sheet, or is placed onto the module component using an attached and/or imbedded mesh. The preform of thermal paste may be of simple or complex shape, and enables cooling of one or more chips in a module.

An apparatus for delivering a clip includes an introducer sheath including an outer surface extending between its proximal and distal ends, and a hub on the proximal end that includes spacer elements spaced away from the outer surface. An annular clip includes a plurality of tines extending from its distal end and its proximal end is held away from the outer surface of the sheath by the spacer elements. A handle assembly is attached to the hub that includes an actuator member slidable between the spacer elements and the outer surface of the sheath. The present disclosure is directed, at least in part, to a self ligating orthodontic bracket having a rotatable member for securing an archwire within a slot of the bracket. Embodiments of the orthodontic bracket disclosed herein include a bracket body containing the archwire slot as well as tie wings for attaching various orthodontic devices (e.g., elastomeric bands) to the bracket. The rotatable member is rotatable in a first direction (e.g., counter clockwise) relative to a body of the bracket for securing or locking the archwire within the slot, and for rotating in an opposite direction (e.g., a clockwise direction) relative to the bracket body for unsecuring or unlocking the archwire so that it is substantially unrestrained from exiting the slot.

An improved door bucket assembly is provided for a refrigerator or freezer door. The assembly includes a bucket pivotally mounted in a retainer mounted in the door, such that the bucket is movable between an upright position and tilt-out position. Systems and methods are described herein for a self-referencing interferometer. The interferometer can comprise an improved spatial phase shifter that reduces the number of components, size and complexity of the spatial phase shifter and maintains a common path for a combined reference beam and signal beam. The self-referencing interferometer further comprises a single mode fiber shunt for filtering the reference beam and further reducing the size of the interferometer. The angle of the reference beam can be tilted before being recombined with the single beam which further simplifies the spatial phase shifting component of the interferometer.

A portable tool comprising a spindle defining a longitudinal axis, a spring extending around the spindle in the axial direction for biasing a component of the tool, a stop ring extending around the spindle and against which the spring bears. The spindle includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced radially outward projections and the stop ring includes on its internal surface a corresponding plurality of recesses extending from the bearing face of the stop ring to an opposite face, and a corresponding plurality of pockets open at the opposite face. During assembly, the stop ring is fitted over the spindle or sleeve by the passing the recesses over the projections and then rotating the stop ring to align the pockets with projections. • (c) a heat sealable layer (16) having a heat sealable adhesive surface which releasably bonds the heat sealable layer to the first polymeric support surface;
• (d) a second polymeric support layer (14) bonded to the heat sealable layer;
• (e) a weldable polymeric layer (18) to which the inner and outer bags are attached, the weldable polymeric layer being bonded to the second polymeric support layer;

the adhesive flange having an annular channel (20) which surrounds the means defining the orifice and extends through layers (c), (d) and (e) so as to form radially inner (22) and outer (24) attachment zones separated by the annular channel (20), the inner bag (4) being attached to the radially inner attachment zone (22) and outer bag (2) being attached to the radially outer attachment zone (24);

and wherein the inner and outer bags (4),(2), together with attached portions of layers (c), (d) and (e) can each be peeled away from the first polymeric support layer (b).

A urethral occlusive assembly includes an implant component and external component. The implant component includes a flexible bridge member connecting two opposed implant supports. The implant component is implanted about a dorsal surface of an animal urethra. An external component is disposed external to and proximate the animal urethra. The external component operatively communicates with the implant component to transmit a compressive load on the urethra. By communication between the implant and external components, either the implant component or the external component actively compresses the urethra against the flexible bridge member, thereby effecting urinary continence.

The invention discloses an assembly method and device for self-locking nuts between aero-engine air compressor rotor discs and belongs to the technical field of mechanical assembly. According to the assembly method, a belt wheel is adopted for driving a wrench, and the 40 self-locking nuts are assembled in order under the matching of an observing device, a wrench switching section and the torque wench according to the sequence of 'a cross method'. Through the assembly method provided by the invention, bumping damage to the surfaces of core holes of the air compressor rotor discs can be avoided effectively. What is more, the assembly time is shortened greatly and is 18% of the time used by an existing assembly method, the production efficiency is improved effectively, and thus air compressor rotors can be delivered in time. At the same time, the labor intensity of an operator is also relieved greatly.

An object of the invention is to provide a door locking device capable of increasing assembly performance. The door locking device comprises a latch mechanism, a lock mechanism, housings (11, 12), a rotary rod (50) and an elastic component (55) for applying a force for rotating around a supporting shaft (13b) to the rotary rod (50). The door locking device is provided with a temporary fixing portion (17) for temporally fixing rod-side end portion (56) of elastic component (55) on an assigned position on a rotation track of the rotary rod (50). In a Stirling engine, a hollow cylinder-like pressure vessel covers a cylinder, a piston, and a linear motor. The pressure vessel is divided into a ring-like portion and a dome-like portion at a position closer to the displacer installation side than a piston support-side end of the linear motor. At the divided portion, an outward-facing flange-shaped portion is formed for each of the ring-like portion and the dome-like portion. For temporary sealing of the pressure vessel, both flange-shaped portions are joined together and tightened by tightening rings and bolts. A performance check is performed in this state, and then outer peripheral portions of the flange-shaped portions are welded together for final sealing.
