The invention relates to a
human body protection mat, in particular to a
human body protection mat which is shaped by molding and used for a knee, shoulder,
elbow, shin or other parts of the
human body. The human body protection mat comprises a mat body shaped by molding an elastic material and multiple buffer cells, both the transverse section and the longitudinal section of the mat body are bent into an arc arch, and the buffer cells are distributed on a first surface of the mat body; each buffer
cell comprises a notch shaped on the first surface, a protrusion block shaped at the notch bottom of the notch and a spacing between the periphery of the protrusion block and the side wall of the notch; the top surface of the protrusion block protrudes out of the first surface of the mat body; the top surface of the protrusion block is an arc
concave surface. In the human body protection mat, when the first surface of the mat body encounters external force at any angle, the buffer cells can generate inner strength to
resist the external force, and generate a little elastic deformation of deflection,
distortion, rotating twisting and the like in the direction of the external force so as to absorb
impact force and exert the effect of damping and buffering.
