straw stacking device with compaction function, belonging to the technical field of
straw stacking devices. It includes a base, a pressing
assembly, an adjusting
assembly, a guide cylinder, an electric
rotating drum, and a guiding
assembly. During the edge expansion process, the movable side column drives the bottom adjusting component to move synchronously to both sides. Through the cooperation of the sliding column and the inclined groove, the drive roller and the detection roller achieve stable clamping of the row of straws. After the detection roller and the drive roller clamp the row of straws, under the drive of a second motor, the detection roller and the drive roller rotate synchronously
through transmission components such as gears, force transmission rings, and arc-shaped
piston rods, applying a stable downward traction force to the row of straws, pulling out the blockage material in the expansion channel and achieving deblocking. After deblocking is completed, the
control system automatically resumes the operation of the electric
rotating drum and reverses the drive of the edge expansion assembly and the deblocking and anti-breakage assembly to reset, achieving seamless connection between the deblocking process and normal feeding, avoiding prolonged equipment shutdown due to material blockage.
