An improved structure for rotational support for a heat-dissipation fan is disclosed, comprising a hollow ceramic bearing passing through and concentric with the fan rotor and rotating with said rotor, a hollow ceramic support bearing fixedly mounted to the base of the fan, and a hollow or solid ceramic axle tube passing through the inside of said bearing and rotating freely to reduce friction and allow high-speed rotation. The exterior surface of said bearing is ground or otherwise formed to provide better connection with the rotor, while the interior of the bearing and exterior of the axle tube are further processed to reduce contact area therebetween to reduce rotation friction. This improved structure has achieved reduced friction, reduced noise, reduced power consumption, longer life and higher rotational speed.

A vehicle wheel and overlay assembly. The assembly includes a wheel having a rim flange that terminates in a flange lip having an outboard surface and a radially outermost edge. At least one circumferential indentation or groove is formed on the outboard surface of the flange lip to intercept and contain excess adhesive that may radially flow toward the outer edges of the assembly necessitating a costly clean up. An overlay is attached to the wheel outboard surface. The overlay radially extends outward and terminates in a rim flange. This rim flange includes a radially outermost lip, which is aligned with the outermost edge of the wheel flange lip within a predetermined circumferential margin such that, the rim flange of the overlay covers at least a portion of the wheel flange lip without wrapping around the periphery of the wheel. This configuration gives a visible impression that this is a one-piece wheel, and the overlay is not a separately attached component. The circumferential indentation or groove creates cavity on the outboard surface of the flange lip and appreciably reduce surface contact between the overlay and the wheel, resulting in reduced friction between the surfaces. The reduced friction helps minimize the squeaking or noise from the overlay rubbing against the wheel.

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger comprising at least one first loop adapted to trap energy from a source. The first loop contains a first refrigerant adapted to collect energy from a source. The invention also comprises at least one second loop with a second refrigerant adapted to interact with the first refrigerant and to transfer to a user a maximum quantity of the energy trapped by the first loop in the most efficient manner. The transfer of the trapped energy takes place in a transfer unit placed in the second loop. The transfer unit comprises an outer cylinder with an inlet and an outlet adapted to circulate the first refrigerant. An inner coil placed within the outer cylinder to contain the second refrigerant. The inner coil is provided with an inlet and outlet adapted to facilitate circulation of the second refrigerant. The first and the second refrigerants are moving within the transfer unit in a counter-flow direction to optimize the heat exchange between the first and second refrigerant. The first loop is placed into an earth or waste medium. The first refrigerant is R-410a and the second refrigerant is R-134a.
