The application discloses a portable hand power-assisted
exoskeleton auxiliary system and relates to the field of medical devices. The
system comprises an
exoskeleton auxiliary device, a wearing
assembly and an interactive collection device. The main auxiliary device is detachably installed on the wearing
assembly and is worn on the user's hand. The main auxiliary device comprises a control module and two groups of mutually perpendicular mechanical hand transmission assemblies, the ends of which are
power output ends and are respectively provided with detachable clamping claws to simulate the grasping actions of four fingers and a
thumb. The interactive collection device comprises an electromyographic
signal collection unit and a foot posture sensing unit to respectively collect
forearm electromyographic signals and foot action signals. The control module receives input signals of various channels, determines target actions according to the action
signal mapping relationship and the
exoskeleton state, and controls the two groups of mechanical hand transmission assemblies to perform corresponding finger actions. The scheme overcomes the problems of poor portability, poor wearing comfort and single interactive mode and has the advantages of good portability, various interactive
modes, comfortable wearing and the like.
