The method comprises the following steps: covering a system of a filter by using powder resin, and performing alkali washing, rinsing after alkali washing, pickling, acid liquid replacement and rinsing after the pickling on a filter element in the powder resin covered filter by using condensed water, desalted water and a washing reagent, wherein the filter element is not dismantled from a tank body in washing. The washing reagent mainly contains alkaline detergent, a pickling agent, a defoaming agent, a reducing agent, a corrosion inhibitor and a waste liquid treatment agent. By adopting the non-detachable chemical washing method and the detergent, contaminants on the filter element can be safely and efficiently cleaned.
