The invention discloses a current/voltage converting circuit with filtering and amplifying functions, belonging to a current/voltage converting circuit. The current/voltage converting circuit comprises a current input terminal 1 and a voltage output terminal 2. The circuit is characterized by comprising a current/voltage converting signal circuit 3, an active low pass filter circuit 4 and a voltage signal amplifying circuit 5. A connection relation is as follows: the current input terminal 1 is connected with resistors 6' in a current detecting resistor array 6 respectively, a path of switch 7' in a plurality of paths of switches 7 is in a turn-on state, other switches 7' are in a turn-off state and a voltage signal U1 is obtained, noise in the U1 is removed by the active low pass filter circuit 4, a voltage signal U2 is obtained, a voltage signal U3 with an increased amplitude is obtained after U2 is processed by the voltage signal amplifying circuit 5, and the U3 reaches the voltage output terminal 2. The circuit has the advantages of stable work state without oscillation, wide input dynamic range, capability of detecting a weak current signal, short response time, high signal-to-noise ratio, amplifying function, convenient subsequent processing, and high practical value.
