The dressing device comprises a first dressing layer and a second dressing layer, the multiple internally-arranged washing instillation tubes, a main tube, a negative pressure drainage tube and an externally-arranged washing instillation tube, wherein the first dressing layer and the second dressing layer are vertically arranged. The aperture of materials for manufacturing the second dressing layer is larger than that of materials for manufacturing the first dressing layer. The convergence ends of the internally-installed washing instillation tubes arranged between the first dressing layer and the second dressing layer are connected with the near end of the main tube. The far ends of the internally-installed washing instillation tubes are arranged on the edge of the first dressing layer. The main tube is perpendicularly arranged on the second dressing layer, and an opening in the far end of the main tube is formed outside the second dressing layer. The externally-arranged washing instillation tube is arranged inside the negative pressure drainage tube, the near end of the externally-arranged washing instillation tube is connected with the main tube, and the far end of the externally-arranged washing instillation tube penetrates out of the negative pressure drainage tube. The near end of the negative pressure drainage tube is provided with a suction-cup-shaped opening attached to the second dressing layer. The closed wound surface dressing device is simple in structure, low in cost and capable of effectively reducing the negative pressure wound surface treatment complication, and the treatment effect is improved.

Natural polysaccharide is used as a raw material, and functional group modification is performed on the natural polysaccharide to enhance the tissue adhesiveness of the natural polysaccharide; then magnesium oxide nanoparticles are added into an aldehyde-modified glucan solution in advance, so that the gelling time can be further shortened, and the antibacterial effect is enhanced; therefore, the repair adhesive hydrogel which has good biocompatibility and tissue adhesiveness and can effectively close wounds is constructed. The whole process is simple to operate, the raw materials are easy to obtain and low in price, and the natural polymer functional groups have good biocompatibility after being modified and are non-toxic and harmless to cells. Thepolysaccharide is subjected to catechol modification and aldehyde modification, so that the water solubility of chitosan is enhanced, the viscosity of a glucan solution is reduced, the gelation timeof the two-component gel is shortened, and the gel can be endowed with relatively strong tissue adhesion.
